I’ve been in San Francisco for the opening of the Contemporary Jewish Museum which was really amazing. I will write more about that later.

BUT – to all my SF readers and everybody who might be in the SF area in the near future, go check out Banana Bag & Bodice’s BEOWULF at The Shotgun Players! I’ll write more when I get a chance but, long story short, this show is a triumph! its like the perfect blend of all their prior work – with a little bit of panel in there, a little of fall and rise, a little bit of animal and a whole lot of Epic Rock Opera, Nordic Mythology and Broadway glitz. It has been extended ’til June 22. It comes to NYC in April for a run at the Henry Street Settlement/Abrons Arts – the big playhouse. Some savvy producer will sink some $$ in this for the next quirky off-broadway music-theater spectacular!
