When I started this site in December 2003 (!) I envisioned it as a group blog. I thought I would find some people, give them log-in info and that it would work. I found out that there weren’t so many people blogging in the arts community then and so I basically have run Culturebot myself with occasional contributing writers. I’m still always looking for writers.

At this point it seems like there are enough arts bloggers out there that I might be able to return to the group blog model. If you are an arts-blogger who would like to contribute to Culturebot, send me an email (andyATps122DOTorg) and let me know. I will check out your site and if it looks like a good match I’ll be in touch. The goal is (and has always been) to end up as part gothamist, part gawker, all alternative arts.
