Actually, the boozy chantoosie and her gay-jew-tard pianist received a rave mention in the New York Times, and possibly could have extended their run on the Great White Way, if not for a certain puppet show that had booked the theatre (we’re looking at you, Jay Johnson). Regardless, it was nice to see them back at the more intimate Joe’s Pub recently, where one can enjoy a cocktail or two during the show (The Helen Hayes, irony of ironies, was dry).
