When people talk about Israeli dance, it is impossible not to talk about Ohad Naharin and Batsheva Dance Company.

well, cedar lake is offering a class in GAGA, Ohad Naharin’s movement language,taught by his assistants in studio classes.

Wednesday March 7- Friday April 27, 2007

Classes Monday through Friday
10am-11:15am ADVANCED (GAGA dancers)
4:15pm-5:30pm BEGINNER (GAGA people)

Ohad Naharin will teach GAGA classes Thursday, 3/29 & Friday, 3/30, with an additional class Saturday, 3/31.

TICKETS: Individual class $12

Admission for GAGA classes may be purchased in advance online at www.SmartTix.com and by phone at 212.868.4444. Tickets are also available at the Cedar Lake box office 12pm-3pm beginning March 5. You may also register at Cedar Lake on the day of class one hour prior to start time. Class size is limited to 40 people.

All classes held at Cedar Lake, 547 W. 26th St, New York, NY 10001, between 10th & 11th Avenues.
