production manager wanted

This just in:
Hourglass Group seeks to hire a Production Manager for our premiere production of FREQUENCY HOPPING, winner of the 2007 STAGE Script Competition.  It is scheduled to run in June 2008 at 3-Legged Dog Art & Technology Center.  Position to begin immediately.
FREQUENCY HOPPING is a multidisciplinary work based on the remarkable collaboration in 1940 between Hedy Lamarr and George Antheil on a secret communications system. It will feature a fully automated orchestra (featuring 8 player pianos) designed by the League of Electronic Musical Urban Robots (LEMUR).   Design team includes projection designer Elaine J. McCarthy (“Wicked”, “Spamalot”) and lighting designer Tyler Micoleau (OBIE for “Bug”).
We are seeking to hire someone with significant experience in the NYC theatre community, ideally someone with experience working on large-scale interdisciplinary work.
Hourglass Group is an OBIE Award-winning company committed to developing and producing provocative new work and neglected vintage American comedies.  Productions have included BEEBO BRINKER CHRONICLES (2008 GLAAD nominee), currently transferring Off-Broadway; TROUBLE IN PARADISE; Mae West’s SEX; Ruth Margraff’s RED FROGS and Deborah Swisher’s HUNDREDS OF SISTERS & ONE BIG BROTHER.  www.hourglassgroup.org
