In a world that can be recorded, rewound, fast-forwarded and replayed, how do we experience the present? A trio of powerful performers function within the malleable net of memory to catalogue a timeless framework of experience and distinct audio landscapes. Reshaped and retold through recollection and physical impulse, Sound Memoryilluminates a world to be remembered.
Sound Memory features performance by Julian Barnett, Justin Ternullo, and Hanna Kivioja with stage design bySolomon Weisbard, lighting by long-time collaborator, Amanda Ringger, and a musical score that is personal, shared, found, created, recycled, borrowed, and restored. Come listen.
