GROWING UP IN PUBLIC

The economic forces of NYC often make it necessary to show work in various stages of development over a long period of time. By the time  work is “complete” it has frequently been shown multiple times as a work-in-progress. How does this affect the way you approach your process? Do you think this makes your work better or is it an obstacle? Is there a way to make this long development process work in your favor or not? Do you think audiences follow a work over time or do we lose audience? And In an ideal world, how would you like to build your work?
