Leela Corman ( http://www.leelacorman.com/ ) is a cartoonist, illustrator, and dancer. Her illustrations have appeared in magazines and newspapers all over the country, and she has illustrated books ranging in subject matter from urban gardening to the history of the skirt, and much more. She performs and teaches Egyptian Oriental and Folkoric dance, and has performed in nightclubs, theaters, and vaudeville shows. She will read from her upcoming book, Unterzakhn, which will be published by Schocken Books.

Emily Flake ( http://www.eflakeagogo.com/ ) is a New York based illustrator, cartoonist, and writer. She has a weekly strip called Lulu Eightball, and sometimes has work in The New Yorker, which is a publication her parents have heard of.

Ben Katchor’s ( http://www.katchor.com/ ) picture-stories appear in Metropolis magazine. His upcoming collection of weekly strips, The Cardboard Valise, will be published by Pantheon Books. His most recent music-theater collaboration with Mark Mulcahy, A Checkroom Romance, was commissioned and workshopped in 2009 at the Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers at the New York Public Library and will be performed at Lincoln Center in May 2010. He is an Associate Professor at Parsons, The New School for Design, in New York City.

R. Sikoryak ( http://www.rsikoryak.com/ ) is the author of Masterpiece Comics, published by Drawn & Quarterly. His cartoons and illustrations have also appeared in The New Yorker, The Onion, Nickelodeon Magazine, RAW, and MAD, among other publications; on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and in The Daily Show Presents America (The Book); and Our Dumb World: The Onion’s Atlas of the Planet Earth. He teaches in the illustration department at Parsons School of Design.
