Led by Martin Jacques, a reprobate accordionist who sings depraved ballads in an angelic castrati voice, this Brechtian blues trio is the toast of London. Their macabre “Shockheaded Peter” took New York by storm and they rocked the house at P.S. 122 back in 1999; this new show is the perfect bit of fiendish merrymaking to celebrate All Hallows Eve.
