When I ran for mayor over the summer I learned a lot about many issues facing this city of NYC. One of the main things I focused on was low-income housing and how city government communicates with the citizens. I found out you can sign up for different newsletters from different government agencies and get specialized info sent to your email inbox. Like this application for low-income housing on E. 76th Street (this is a PDF). If you make under $30K you might be eligible for a studio at $615/mo. or a 1-bedroom at $650/mo.

I can’t get an apartment for two reason bad credit and they are not affordable. I am currenly renting a space in a two bedroom apartment with three other people. I would love to move out but I can’t afford it any advise
