And the award for most hilarious and scathing review we’ve ever read goes to David Cote as he goes to town on MTC in this week’s Time Out New York. I feel like he’s reading the minds of virtually every theater person below 14th street and writing what we all think, but rarely speak aloud outside of our own little world. Well done, Mr. Cote. Culturebot’s hat is off to you.

all theater criticism should be as a incendiary as this…Theater is asking for it……i never aligned with cote’s opinions but his need for a change in flaccid bohemoths like MTC (BAM for that matter) is encouraging and important……..
