Oh Bumbershoot, How You Have Grown!

When I lived in Seattle (1990=1995) Bumbershoot was a fun art festival. Now its an entertainment festacular! Maybe they’d like to hire me to curate the performance and make it a full-on Live Arts Festival.

Volunteer:

Bumbershoot is sustainable thanks to the hundreds of volunteers that keep the Festival running smoothly. Just in time for Earth Day, Bumbershoot asks fans to become part of their favorite hometown festival by volunteering! There’s a variety of tasks to tackle: join the Bumbershoot Green Team and support the Festival’s new post-consumer compost program, or choose from a variety of unique shifts all around the grounds. Coming in from out of town?! Consider the idea of “voluntourism” and spend part of your vacation lending a hand. For more info, visit: http://www.bumbershoot.org/volunteering.htm.
