Free Financial Advice for Artists and Independent Workers | Oct 23, 2010
The Department of Cultural Affairs, the Department of Consumer Affairs Office of Financial Empowerment and City Councilmember Jimmy Van Bramer will present the second Art of Money: Personal Finance Resources for Artists event offering FREE one-on-one financial counseling and workshops to help working artists, arts administrators, and independent workers reduce debt and manage credit. The event takes place Saturday, October 23, from noon to 5 PM at the LaGuardia Performing Arts Center in Long Island City, Queens (31-10 Thomson Avenue at 47th Avenue).
