Another really cool international theater opportunity is Romania’s Monday Theatre @ Green Hours, which has been doing a series of performances in NYC over the past few days. Friday night Culturebot saw a performance of Bucharest Calling by Peca Stefan which was a gripping portrait of life in Bucharest, performed by Romanian actors, in English, at the Romanian Cultural Council.

On November 6 and 7 at 10PM at the Telephone Bar & Grill (149 Second Ave. between 9 and 10 st), they will be presenting another one of Peca Stefan’s plays, The Sunshine Play, directed by Ana Marginean. It will also be performed in English, Duration: 1h15min, no intermission.

I think it is free and judging from Bucharest Calling, it should definitely be worth checking out.
