Let’s just hope they edit the broadcast as they go because the Obies is a LOOOOOOOONG night!!! There’s usually some really fun parts and then there’s a whole bunch of really boring parts, like any awards show.

Thank god the Obies are back at Webster Hall, which means they probably won’t be as deathly dull and uncomfortable as they were when they moved to Skirball for a few years. Hopefully they’ll also go back to have the bar open during the show which makes for more drunken, debauched fun.
